The series kicks off on 05 June, with subsequent dinners scheduled for 17 June and 05 August. These dinners feature a collaboration between Jumeirah Capri Palace's own Executive Culinary Chef Andrea Migliaccio and Executive Chef Salvatore Elefante, alongside three-Michelin-starred chefs Alessandro Cerea and Paolo Casagrande, as well as two-Michelin-starred Nino di Costanzo. This collaboration is set to present the finest in Italian cuisine.

Alongside these dinners, a-Ma-Re Capri, a new dining concept developed with pizza artisan Franco Pepe, will open its doors on 07 June. This addition aims to offer guests an authentic taste of the Italian summer, with a menu featuring traditional Neapolitan favorites set against the picturesque backdrop of the Blue Island.
Continuing the culinary journey, Jumeirah Mallorca is set to host its own series of four-hand dinners on 22 and 23 June at Es Fanals. The event will see Executive Chef Javier Lopez collaborate with Andrea Migliaccio to create a menu that highlights the flavours of the Mediterranean and showcases local, seasonal ingredients from the Balearic Islands.
Refined French cuisine and seasonal British teatime in Knightsbridge
In London, the newly opened La Maison Ani at Jumeirah Carlton Tower introduces guests to the elegance of French cuisine combined with the charm of a Parisian ambiance. Opened on 25 May, this restaurant transitions from an artisanal bakery in the morning to an exquisite brasserie by night, offering a menu that celebrates the simplicity of fresh ingredients.
Adding to the British summer experience, Jumeirah Carlton Tower will introduce a new afternoon tea on 14 June, inspired by Highgrove House & Gardens. This seasonal offering pays tribute to the iconic British gardens developed by His Majesty King Charles III, featuring a selection of dishes that reflect the royal gardens' essence and His Majesty's preferred delicacies.
With these experiences, Jumeirah continues to elevate the dining landscape across Europe, promising guests an unforgettable gastronomic journey this summer.
