Luxurious Pulse Beachfront In Dubai South Now 90% Complete, 251 Units To Be Available By Year-End

Dubai South Properties has announced that The Pulse Beachfront, a luxury community in Dubai South's Residential District, is 90% complete. Phase 1, consisting of 251 units, is expected to be finished by the end of the year.

The Pulse Beachfront includes 788 residential units with three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses. These homes range from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet and feature master bedrooms, maid's rooms, equipped closed kitchens, private gardens, covered parking spaces, spacious living rooms, study rooms, and rooftops. The project also boasts a large water lagoon and an artificial beachfront.

Due to high demand for properties in Dubai South, especially apartments, future projects are being planned to meet customer needs. This trend of selling out units quickly has become common with each new project launch in the area.

The Pulse Beachfront offers numerous amenities aimed at enhancing residents' lifestyles. These include a state-of-the-art fitness club, gym, squash tennis court, climbing walls, private lounge, yoga garden, aerobics studios, a dedicated kid's club and water park. Additionally, there is a half-Olympic size swimming pool.

Further amenities include a children's pool, skate parks, jogging tracks, several F&B retail outlets next to a grand supermarket. There are also open areas for tennis courts and beach tennis.

The Residential District at Dubai South provides various amenities for tenant comfort. These include public parks; sports courts; retail shops; a 50,000 square-foot hypermarket; a mosque; a petrol station; and a public bus route connecting the district to the Expo Metro station.

A GEMS Founders School at Dubai South will officially open this month pending KHDA approvals. Currently home to over 25,000 residents, the district offers a distinctive lifestyle with numerous gated communities featuring apartments and townhouses.
