Dubai South Awards Dh150 Million For 'South Living' Luxury Apartments

Dubai South Properties has awarded Al Turath Al Aseel Contracting a contract worth Dh150 million to construct the South Living Tower. This luxury apartment complex will be located in The Residential District of Dubai South.

The project, which began in June this year, offers an appealing post-handover payment plan. This initiative follows a significant demand for larger apartments in Dubai South.

The development is scheduled for completion by Q1 2027. It will include 209 units, ranging from studios to 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.

Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, highlighted the increasing interest in residential properties in the area. He stated, "The demand for residential apartments at Dubai South has been steadily growing over the past few years. Following the announcement of the new passenger terminals at Al Maktoum International Airport in April, we witnessed a notable surge in interest in housing, reflected in the higher sales and rental values for residential properties in Dubai South."
