STAMN's Nautis Residences, situated on the prestigious Dubai Islands, has been distinguished with a Gold for Architectural Design at the 2025 Muse Design Awards, setting a benchmark in the architectural realm.

This achievement comes amidst stiff competition from over 12,000 entries worldwide, highlighting the project’s innovative approach to design, focus on human well-being, and dedication to sustainable living.

The concept behind Nautis Residences, crafted by Horizon Architects, is deeply rooted in wellness and connection to the natural world. The design draws inspiration from the undulating patterns of the ocean and the sweeping contours of the desert, resulting in striking wave-shaped balconies.

These architectural elements do more than catch the eye; they provide residents with privacy, reduce sun exposure, and integrate beauty, showcasing the project's commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life. The swimming pool and a shaded reading garden within the development further emphasises a lifestyle harmoniously blended with nature, offering an oasis of tranquility in the bustling city of Dubai.
