Dhaba Lane Launches New Menu Inspired By Indian Road Classics

Dhaba Lane has revamped its offerings with an exciting new menu that takes diners on a gastronomic journey across India's diverse regions, from the bustling streets of Delhi to the coastal areas of Maharashtra.

Created by Executive Chef Jeet Negi, the menu now explores flavours from Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, and Delhi, all while maintaining the restaurant's signature modern twist to cater to Dubai's cosmopolitan taste buds.

For those seeking a refreshing start, the Imli Masala Cooler from Rajasthan, priced at AED 20, offers a fizzy tamarind-based drink that evokes childhood summers in the region. Meanwhile, the journey continues with a selection of mouth-watering mains.

There's the Murgh Shami from the NH8 highway, a chicken and chana dal kebab slow-cooked to perfection (AED 38), and the Gandheri Kebab from Uttar Pradesh, featuring chicken spiced and shaped around sugarcane sticks, for AED 42. Seafood enthusiasts can enjoy the Surmai Fish Curry from Maharashtra (AED 45), a coastal delight in a creamy coconut curry.

The menu doesn't stop there. Awadh's rich Murgh Korma (AED 45) brings royalty to the plate with its tender chicken in a yogurt-based sauce, while Lucknow's Nalli Nihari (AED 48) offers a rich, slow-cooked lamb stew. Finally, the journey culminates in a sweet finish with Delhi's classic Kulfi Falooda (AED 25), blending creamy kulfi with rose syrup, basil seeds, and milk for a nostalgic dessert.

Guests can visit Dhaba Lane at its Karama and Garhoud locations, as well as at Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) and Al Nahda, Dubai, for lunch and dinner between 12-3 pm and 6.30-11 pm.
