Dar Global Unveils $531 Million Trump Tower In Jeddah
Dar Global, luxury real estate developer based in London, has unveiled its latest venture, the Trump Tower Jeddah. This SAR 2 billion ($531 million) project, in collaboration with the Trump Organization, aims to elevate the standard of luxury and exclusivity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Positioned on Jeddah's Corniche, the tower is set to be among the city's tallest residential buildings, marking a significant shift towards more dynamic, high-rise living in the region.

The development signifies a turning point for Jeddah, moving from traditional housing options towards modern mixed-use high-rises that cater to contemporary lifestyles. Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, highlighted the transformational impact of Trump Tower Jeddah on the city's urban landscape.
"Jeddah is undergoing a remarkable evolution, moving from traditional housing to dynamic high-rises, mixed-use developments that reflect modern living preferences," he stated. This project, through its ultra-luxury offerings and vibrant living environment, is poised to play a crucial role in this urban shift.
Trump Tower Jeddah's strategic location near other iconic landmarks further cements its status as more than just a residential tower; it's a lifestyle revolution. The tower introduces a range of luxurious residences boasting stunning views of the Red Sea.
Each residence is meticulously designed with premium finishes and world-class amenities, including retail spaces, fitness centres, spas, and gourmet dining options. The project emphasizes a harmonious blend of luxury living with environmental sustainability, featuring green spaces, efficient parking solutions, and smart urban planning.
A highlight of this project is the introduction of the Trump Club, the Kingdom's first members-only social club. This exclusive club aims to become the premier gathering spot for Jeddah's elite, offering a unique combination of privacy, luxury, and exclusivity. Members can look forward to curated events, exceptional dining, and bespoke experiences, setting a new standard for social clubs in the region.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, "We are delighted to collaborate with Dar Global on our third project together, further expanding our footprint in the Middle East and growing the Trump standard of luxury in the region."
Beyond Jeddah, Dar Global has ambitious plans for the Saudi market, including the construction of 200 new residential villas in Riyadh. This move is part of the company's broader strategy to introduce its internationally recognized luxury standards to Saudi Arabia's emerging real estate sector.
El Chaar remarked on the company's vision, stating, "With a proven track record across the Middle East and Europe, Dar Global is set to deliver unparalleled sophistication to a market increasingly defined by discerning, globally mobile buyers."
