Inside the Cavalli Tower: Where Fashion Meets Architectural Excellence

DAMAC Properties has achieved a significant milestone with the completion of the Cavalli Tower's superstructure. This AED1 billion (USD 272 million) luxury residential project, featuring interiors by the renowned Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli, is on schedule for handover by the end of next year. The tower is set to become a landmark in Dubai's skyline.

The topping-out ceremony marked a pivotal moment in the construction process. Attendees included stakeholders from DAMAC and lead contractors CSCEC ME. The event celebrated the final concrete pour on the 71st floor slab, signifying the completion of the tower's superstructure. With substructure works finished, attention now turns to internal and external finishes.

Rising 71 storeys beside Dubai Marina's beach, Cavalli Tower embodies architectural ambition and branded elegance. Designed by award-winning architect Shaun Killa, known for Dubai's Museum of the Future, it features bespoke interiors curated by Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors. The tower offers one to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses with views of the sea, Palm Jumeirah, or Dubai Marina.

Cavalli Tower provides residents with resort-style amenities including 24-hour butler service and à la carte housekeeping. The development offers a unique lifestyle experience with garden-view apartments and top-floor sky residences boasting panoramic sea vistas. Select units feature private terraces, pools or Jacuzzis, hydroponic living walls, sky pools, sky gardens, and an infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

The topping out coincides with a record-breaking year for Dubai’s real estate sector. Property sales exceeded AED525 billion in just ten months of 2025 due to strong investor interest in branded residences and waterfront developments. Launched in September 2021, Cavalli Tower reflects the glamour associated with its brand.

DAMAC Group acquired Roberto Cavalli S.p.A. in 2019 to integrate global fashion heritage into real estate projects like Cavalli Tower. This partnership extends beyond this project to future developments such as DAMAC Bay 1 and 2 by Cavalli and Cavalli Estates in DAMAC Hills.
