In a fresh take on a century-old Parisian favourite, Couqley is offering steak tartare enthusiasts a chance to indulge in four innovative versions of the dish, starting at AED 79. Each serving comes with a specially curated side to enhance the dish's unique flavours. The varieties include the Mediterranean-inspired Beef Tartare Méditerranée, seasoned with sundried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, anchovy aioli, and more, and served with Za'atar and Sumac pita bread. For those who prefer a bit of spice, the Chipotle Latino Beef Tartare combines Morita chilli oil, tequila, and other zesty ingredients, complemented by crispy plantain chips. The luxurious Wagyu Shiitake Miso Truffle features a high-grade Wagyu ribeye blend with an assortment of mushrooms and Japanese mayo, topped with Tobiko. A vegetarian option, the Summer Fresh Garden Tartare, offers a mix of roasted beetroot, citrus-infused rhubarb, and avocado, served with toasted baguette for AED 59.

Patrons have until the end of August to enjoy two exclusive tasting platters at Couqley. For AED 199, the Tartare on Ice Tasting Platter includes all five variations of the dish, catering to vegetarians and meat-lovers alike. Alternatively, the Steak Tartare on Ice Tasting Platter, priced at AED 169, offers a selection of Couqley's unique beef creations.
