Strategically positioned on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to the Museum of the Future, the development features a dual-tower design connected by a striking sky lobby more than 200 meters off the ground. This architectural masterpiece promises to become a new icon in Dubai, celebrated for its unique contemporary style and contribution to the city's reputation for world-class hospitality and luxury living. AtkinsRéalis has been appointed as the lead architect and engineering consultant for this landmark project, with Corinthia Group's QP company overseeing management to ensure flawless execution.
