One of the most anticipated developments in the hospitality sector is the introduction of Ciel, a new property under IHG Hotels and Resorts' Vignette Collection, poised to become the tallest all-hotel tower globally. The record currently belongs to Gevora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road which stands at 358m.

Slated for opening in Dubai Marina by 2025, this project represents a significant milestone for IHG Hotels and Resorts, known for its extensive portfolio of distinguished properties. The Ciel Vignette Collection is set to offer a lifestyle experience unmatched in the Marina, featuring 1,000 rooms, including 150 suites, alongside Dubai's loftiest infinity pool. This addition to the Vignette Collection emphasizes IHG's commitment to expanding its luxury and lifestyle portfolio in the Middle East.

The First Group, a company established in 2005 with a portfolio that includes a range of award-winning hotels and residences, manages Ciel. Recognized for its innovative design and architecture, Ciel has garnered seven major awards, reflecting its status as an architectural icon.

The project's ambition and international acclaim underscore The First Group's dedication to establishing new standards within Dubai's hotel industry. Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, expressed delight at Ciel joining IHG's Vignette Collection, anticipating that it will emerge as a prime lifestyle destination in Dubai, offering guests unparalleled experiences.

Revolutionizing Hospitality with Unique Offerings

Ciel will host an array of amenities designed to provide guests with a memorable stay, including three restaurants, a fitness center, a spa, a club lounge, and an observation bar & lounge. These facilities, combined with the tower's panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the Dubai skyline, aim to redefine upper upscale hospitality in the region.

Situated in the bustling Dubai Marina, the 80-plus floor high-rise distinguished by its 300-meter-tall interior atrium, vertically stacked landscapes, and naturally ventilated terraces, is designed to serve as a communal space for guests.

The property's construction is well underway, with the structure already topped out, highlighting the project's rapid progress towards its completion. IHG's Vignette Collection, launched in December 2021, has quickly expanded, showcasing over 2,300 rooms across eleven properties.

This rapid growth illustrates IHG's ability to deliver rich and varied stay experiences through its distinct collection of exclusive hotels.
