Cheval Collection Announces First Saudi Arabian Property, Set For 2027 Completion

The hospitality landscape in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is set to welcome exciting new addition as Cheval Collection announces its groundbreaking venture, CHEVAL LADUN LIVING. The luxury serviced apartments, resulting from a partnership with the KSA-based Ladun Investment Company, mark Cheval Collection's inaugural foray into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its third project in the Middle East. Construction is scheduled to commence this year, with an anticipated completion date in 2027.

Strategically positioned on King Fahd Road near Riyadh's King Abdullah Financial Centre, CHEVAL LADUN LIVING is set to feature 130 one to three-bedroom luxury apartments. The property will also boast a variety of fitness and leisure amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and sauna, catering to the needs of modern travelers and residents seeking premium accommodation. The construction of this luxurious tower is estimated to cost up to US$80 million.

Cheval Collection is not new to the Middle Eastern market, having successfully operated Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai, which recently celebrated its first year of operation. The brand is also in the process of refurbishing its 150 luxury apartment complex at Dubai's Expo City, originally the prestigious Leadership Pavilion at EXPO 2020, set to open next year. Cheval Maison – Dubai Expo City, eagerly awaited, is expected to open its doors in 2025, further solidifying Cheval Collection's presence in the region.
