By integrating hyper-local Indian tastes with worldwide gastronomic practices, Bombay Borough crafts a menu that respects tradition while embracing contemporary culinary artistry. Each dish is a testament to the meticulous effort put into ensuring that patrons experience the rich and varied heritage of Indian Ramadan cuisine.

Among the highlights is the Acai Bhalla Chaat, a novel twist on the classic dahi bhalla, enriched with acai berry chutney. Other appetizers such as Kale & Shallots Pakoras and Chaap Kheema Samosa introduce guests to a world of crispy, savory treats, alongside meat-focused options like the Jama Masjid Chicken Bhujia and Lamb Samosa.
Following the appetizers, the kebab selection draws inspiration from the culinary heritage of Lucknow and Kolkata, offering both vegetarian delights and meaty treats. From the Corn Kakori to the Hazratganj Lamb Chops, each kebab is a celebration of flavors, meticulously prepared to offer a memorable gastronomic experience. Notably, the seafood option, Seabass Mahi Roast, provides a tantalizing choice for fish enthusiasts.
Before the main dishes, a Date Coke infused sorbet refreshes the palate, setting the stage for a grand feast. The main course pays homage to Hyderabad's famous biryanis, with options like the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and the vegetarian Nizam's Pulao. The Shikampur Chicken Korma and Deccan Vegetable Salan are other notable dishes, ensuring a rich and diverse spread that captures the spirit of Ramadan.
Dessert is a lavish affair, drawing inspiration from Mumbai's Mohammad Ali Road. The Halwa Paratha and Aflatoon Choux are just a few of the desserts that blend Indian flavors with innovative culinary techniques, providing a sweet conclusion to the meal. To complement the dining experience, a selection of beverages including the Watermelon & Rose Sharbat and various lassis are available.
