Blume Dubai Mall New Year’s Eve Golden Caravans Experience Brings Silk Road Dining And Burj Khalifa Fireworks

Blume Dubai Mall will mark New Year’s Eve with “Golden Caravans,” a one-night event reflecting the restaurant’s Silk Road-inspired design. The celebration features warm golden lighting, a polished atmosphere, live DJ sets and one of Dubai Mall’s closest dining terraces to the Burj Khalifa fireworks.

Guests can expect a mix of Mediterranean and Japanese flavours served through a special multi course menu. Dishes include Caviar with Burrata Brûlée, Wagyu Tartare and Foie Gras Truffle Börek with Truffle Honey, followed by Charcoal Grilled Wagyu Tenderloin, Duck Leg Confit with Winter Roots and desserts of Chocolate Delight or Degustazione di Formaggi.

Blume has outlined three New Year’s Eve options: an Outdoor Terrace Experience with direct views of the Burj Khalifa fireworks and Dubai Fountain, an Indoor Train Carriage Experience with designer-inspired interiors, and an Indoor Family Experience tailored to non-smoking guests seeking a family-friendly setting with a dedicated children’s menu.

The Outdoor Terrace Experience is priced at AED 4,000 per person and includes premium shisha for guests aged 18 and above, live DJ performances and the multi course New Year’s Eve menu. The Indoor Train Carriage Experience costs AED 3,000 per person, offers shisha for adults, golden festive lighting, live entertainment and the same multi course menu.

The Indoor Family Experience is set at AED 2,500 per person, is non smoking and family friendly, and includes a dedicated children’s menu with chicken fingers, grilled meatballs, mini burgers, pizza, spaghetti and dessert. Children also receive unlimited beverages as part of this New Year’s Eve option.

Blume has introduced a structured minimum spend for younger guests. Children aged 0–3 years dine on a complimentary basis, those aged 4–11 years receive a 50 percent discount at AED 1,250, while guests aged 12 years and above are charged AED 2,500 for the New Year’s Eve experience.
