Dubai's Binghatti Developments Launches Landmark AED 1.25 Billion Project At Mumbai Gala
Binghatti Developments, property developer from Dubai, recently introduced its latest project, Binghatti Vintage, at a grand event in Mumbai. This launch marks the company's first project unveiling in India, presenting an AED 1.25 billion Dubai landmark to a significant global investor base.
The gala event at Jio World Centre was attended by over 3,000 guests, including investors and Bollywood celebrities. Hosted by Terry Crews and Ronit Roy, the evening featured a lavish dinner and live performances. The highlight was the dramatic reveal of Binghatti Vintage through a drone show and fireworks.

Binghatti Vintage: A Majestic Addition to Majan
Situated in Majan, Dubai, near Global Village, Binghatti Vintage will be the tallest residential tower in the area. It will rise over 40 storeys with 1,572 units comprising studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. The development also includes exclusive Royal Suites at the top.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti surprised attendees by announcing two more projects: Binghatti Sky Terraces and Binghatti Pinnacle. This marked the first time three major projects were unveiled simultaneously. The event concluded with a performance by Louiz Banks, known as the "Godfather of Jazz in India."
Sky Terraces: A New Landmark in Motor City
Binghatti Sky Terraces is set to rise in Dubai Motor City with 1,824 residential units featuring tiered layouts and expansive terraces. The design reflects Dubai's urban skyline evolution while maintaining architectural distinction and investment value.
Muhammad Binghatti expressed that revealing Binghatti Vintage underscores their dedication to connecting cultures through architecture. He noted Indian investors as key partners in strengthening ties between UAE and India's real estate markets.
Pinnacle: Unmatched Views in Al Jaddaf
Located in Dubai Healthcare City 2, Al Jaddaf, Binghatti Pinnacle offers residences with views of the Burj Khalifa skyline. It features family-centric layouts and rooftop leisure amenities designed for long-term value within one of Dubai's most connected districts.
The launch also initiated a five-day sales showcase at Trident Hotel in Mumbai from November 16th to 20th. Attendees have access to exclusive investment opportunities and consultations with the Binghatti team.
