Bia Warrior Debuts 'Bia Girls' Program To Foster Strength In Dubai’s Young Females
Dubai-based Bia Warrior, a prominent all-female obstacle training community, has announced the launch of its new initiative, the Bia Girls program. The term-based program is open for registration with Early Bird available until July 9. It offers young girls aged 9-14 a unique opportunity to develop physical and mental resilience through obstacle course training in a supportive, female-led environment at Gravity Gym.
Successful Taster Session and Program Details
A successful taster session was held at Gravity in association with Dubai Sports Council, where 12 girls experienced the Bia Girls program firsthand. Coached by Amal Murad, the first Emirati female parkour athlete, and Domia Economides, co-founder of Bia Warrior and an OCR and powerlifting athlete, the session focused on overall fitness and strength. The second part of the session tested coordination, power, agility, and teamwork among participants.

The term-based Bia Girls program starts on September 2 and offers weekly sessions tailored for various needs with drop-in options for flexibility. The curriculum blends gymnastics, strength training, and obstacle course challenges to instill a love for physical activity and a sense of achievement from a young age.
Founders' Ambitions and Growth of Bia Warrior
