In her role, Christian aims to build on Banyan Tree's legacy of success in the Middle East by creating cohesive brand narratives and experiences that resonate with the high expectations of their guests.

In January 2025, Christian took the helm as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Banyan Tree Dubai before stepping into her current position. This role saw her crafting and leading marketing strategies that elevated the property's reputation both locally and on the global stage.
Christian's extensive background in luxury hospitality and marketing spans over 15 years, with a notable emphasis on launching and establishing high-profile properties in cities like Dubai and London. Her journey in the industry began at Habtoor Hospitality in Dubai, where she played a pivotal role in the marketing and branding efforts for significant openings such as Al Habtoor City and La Perle.
Christian's expertise was further honed in London, where she led marketing and partnerships for The Ned's launch, successfully positioning it as a leading luxury destination. Her tenure with The Mandala Group in Singapore as Group Director of Marketing and Partnerships further solidified her credentials, overseeing marketing initiatives for the group's flagship events and ventures across Asia.
