Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort has introduced Bakalis by ENVY, a new Greek-inspired restaurant on Palm Jumeirah. This culinary addition aims to bring the essence of the Aegean to Dubai's shores.

The restaurant offers a relaxed dining experience with stunning sunset views and the aroma of grilled seafood, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of coastal Greece.

The menu at Bakalis is designed for sharing, featuring authentic Greek flavours. Guests can start with cold dishes like tzatziki, fava, dolmades, and marinated anchovies. Warm options include grilled eggplant with feta, zucchini chips, and grilled squid.

Main courses feature traditional Moussaka, chicken souvlaki with lemon rice, whole sea bass with vegetables, Gulf prawns, and lamb chops.

Bakalis enhances its dining experience with two cast-iron grills that use open flames to infuse dishes with Greek spices and aromas. Desserts such as Loukoumades, Bougatsa, pistachio baklava, and Greek yogurt with honey and nuts complete the meal.

Faisal Albaradie, Culinary Director at Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, expressed the vision behind Bakalis: "We wanted Bakalis to embody the essence of Greece, its flavors, warmth, and spirit of connection."
