Azizi Developments has taken a significant leap with the initiation of sales for Burj Azizi, set to be the world's second tallest structure at an impressive height of 725 meters. This towering achievement marks a watershed moment for the company, embodying the vision and ambition of its Founder and Chairman, Mirwais Azizi.

This landmark project, destined to be a new jewel in Dubai's skyline, will be officially introduced to the global market on February 19m 2025, with simultaneous launches in major cities worldwide. The cities hosting these events include Dubai at the Conrad Hotel, Hong Kong at The Peninsula, London at The Dorchester, Mumbai at JW Marriott Juhu, Singapore at Marina Bay Sands, Sydney at Four Seasons Hotel, and Tokyo at Palace Hotel. Slated for completion by 2028, Burj Azizi aspires to redefine luxury and opulence. The 131+ story skyscraper will house a mix of residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces. The retail section will boast an ultra-luxury mall featuring top-tier fashion brands. The residential segment will offer lavish one to three-bedroom apartments, complemented every 20 floors by an amenity floor equipped with a range of leisure and wellness facilities. The pinnacle of residential luxury will be represented by ultra-luxury penthouses, offering exclusive access to all amenities and separate lobbies for enhanced privacy.

Elevating standards of hospitality, an all-suite seven-star hotel will occupy the upper echelons of Burj Azizi.
