Additionally, Aster DM Healthcare organised an inspirational event for its Emirati female employees who contribute significantly to the company's progress.

Ms. Moopen further commented on Noor 2024: "Through Noor 2024, we not only celebrate their contribution to the region's development but also encourage them to take charge of their own health and well-being while they take on greater roles in the sustainable development of UAE." She highlighted that Aster DM Healthcare employs 224 Emirati women who are vital to society's backbone.

The event underscored the importance of recognising women's contributions while promoting their health and empowerment. The collaboration between Aster Volunteers and DFWAC aims to foster an environment where Emirati women can thrive both personally and professionally.
