Aster Clinics Launches Innovative Superpower Project for Young Minds In UAE

Aster Clinics, a prominent healthcare provider under Aster DM Healthcare GCC, has introduced the Aster Superpower. This initiative aims to instil healthy habits in children across the UAE as they embark on a new school year. The campaign is designed to equip children with essential knowledge and behaviours for a vibrant start, reinforcing Aster Clinics' dedication to aiding parents in managing their children's health.

The project features six superhero characters, each symbolising a vital aspect of health and wellness. These characters include Hydro Hero for hydration, Flashing Floss for dental hygiene, Mighty Man for physical activity, Miss Brainy for mental health, Green Gobbler for nutrition, and Germ Zapper for hand hygiene. By turning these health concepts into engaging experiences, the campaign encourages children to take an active role in their well-being.

Superhero-Themed Event

To kick off the project, Aster Clinics will host a superhero-themed event on September 22, 2024, at all its units in the UAE. The event will feature an art and craft workshop where children can win exclusive merchandise. Additionally, kids will have the chance to meet the pediatricians who helped create the superhero characters.

As part of this initiative, Aster Clinics is offering a free Health Assessment at selected clinics and pharmacies in the UAE. This includes a vitamin checkup, growth screening by trained nurses, and a dental screening for children. These services aim to ensure that children start the school year with a strong foundation in health.

Back-to-School Packages

Aster Clinics is also providing exclusive Back-to-School Packages to ensure children are physically prepared for the school year. These packages include various health services such as pediatric consultations and vaccinations.

The event on September 22 will also feature additional activities designed to engage and educate children. Origami workshops at various clinics will teach kids how to create paper art for a larger 3D art project. Comics and colouring books will be distributed to make learning about health enjoyable.
