Armani Residences Diriyah Coming Soon: A Blend of Luxury and Saudi Heritage

Diriyah Company, in Cannes, unveiled that the Italian luxury design house Armani has selected Diriyah's City of Earth, on the fringes of Riyadh, for its inaugural venture into Saudi Arabia with the introduction of Armani Residences Diriyah.

This marks a significant step in the fashion and design world, as the brand is renowned for its elegant, minimalist design ethos, which will now be a hallmark of Saudi Arabia's luxury residential sector.

The Armani Residences are set to become a standout feature in Diriyah Square, notably close to the upcoming Armani Hotel Diriyah. This hotel, which began operations in November 2024, will offer 70 lavishly appointed rooms, dual restaurants, and a premier spa, with certain suites featuring private spas and swimming pools, elevating the standard for luxury living in the region.

Within these residences, Giorgio Armani's distinctive touch will be evident through bespoke interiors that pay homage to Najdi architecture, thereby celebrating Diriyah's deep-rooted heritage.

This collaboration aims to produce a living space that is not only luxurious but also deeply entwined with the local culture and history. This fusion of Armani's iconic design with the traditional Najdi style promises a living experience like no other, blending modern luxury with cultural reverence.

The residences will come in three exquisite designs: The Palm Residences, The Botanical Residences, and The Royal Penthouses, each ranging from 1,200 to 1,900 square meters. These homes will boast three-bedroom suites, expansive living and dining areas, a library, and a pool, encapsulating luxury living.

An iconic 'Tower of Light’ staircase will connect the individual units, all of which will be furnished by Armani/Casa, featuring custom kitchens and bathroom fittings, private elevators, and direct access from an underground car park.

For those residing in the Royal Penthouses, they can look forward to top-tier outdoor amenities like private pools, yoga terraces, cabanas, and BBQ facilities, all set within beautifully landscaped exteriors. This complements the fully landscaped terraces that all residents can enjoy, enhancing the outdoor living experience.

But the luxury doesn't stop at the door. Residents will have privileged access to all upscale facilities of the Armani Hotel Diriyah, including its swimming pool, gymnasium, business lounge, and in-house dining options. Moreover, an annual fee covers a suite of services like 24-hour concierge, valet parking, buggy chauffeur service between the residence and hotel, dedicated management, and routine maintenance, including daily pool care.

Owners will also enjoy exclusive perks, such as priority reservations at Armani cafes, restaurants, and hotels worldwide, personal shopping and design consultation by an Armani/Casa specialist, invitations to special events, and early access to product launches.
