Armani/Hashi To Reopen This August With Premium Oma-Kase Tasting Menu Experience

Armani/Hashi, situated in the Armani Hotel Dubai at the heart of Burj Khalifa, announces its grand reopening this August. It offers an immersive Oma-kase Premium Tasting Menu and this unique culinary delight is available to guests eager to experience a blend of traditional Japanese flavours infused with a contemporary twist.

The menu, meticulously crafted by Head Chef KyungMin Park and his culinary team, is priced at AED 1,250 per person. It features a lavish nine-course journey that mirrors the sophisticated essence of Japanese gastronomy. Each dish combines high-quality ingredients, rich tastes, and a visually appealing presentation that aligns with Armani's renowned aesthetic sensibilities.

Beginning with an amuse-bouche of Mozuku Seaweed with Prawn, the menu takes diners through a series of exquisitely prepared dishes. Highlights include the Gillardeau No. 2 Oyster with Truffle Ponzu and a selection of seasonal Sashimi & Sushi.

The culinary adventure continues with a Seafood Dobin Soup and a variety of Tempura, culminating in a main course of Slow-Cooked Wagyu Striploin MB 9+ with Spicy Sesame Teriyaki. The experience wraps up with a refreshing Yuzu Granita, followed by a decadent Miso Chocolate dessert accompanied by Popcorn and Banana Ice Cream.
