ARCO Turnkey Solutions has successfully completed the construction of O Beach Dubai, marking the brand's first venture outside Ibiza. This renowned provider of comprehensive construction services in the UAE has once again demonstrated its expertise by delivering this high-profile project at the Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai Marina. The opening of O Beach Dubai represents a significant achievement for ARCO, further establishing its dominance in the UAE's construction industry.

Covering an area of 3,800 square metres, O Beach Dubai is designed to host more than 1,500 guests. It features a large swimming pool, comfortable beach beds, five bars, private VIP cabanas, elevated dining zones, and a cutting-edge kitchen. This beach club, embodying Ibiza's famed party vibe, was built by ARCO for IMI Ibiza Entertainments LLC within a challenging period of nine months, ensuring it was ready for its grand unveiling.

ARCO's comprehensive involvement in the project included the full range of construction responsibilities, from design and building to the intricate details of structural, civil, MEP works, fit-outs, landscaping, and the creation of the swimming pool. This demonstrates ARCO's adeptness in handling every aspect of beach club construction, a skill honed through previous projects such as Bla Bla, SAN Beach Club, and La Mer J1 South Beach.
