Arada Unveils Masaar 3: A Premier Nature-Centric Community In Sharjah
Arada has unveiled the launch of Masaar 3, marking the continuation of its highly acclaimed forest community series. This newest addition is poised to redefine the concept of nature-centric living with its sprawling layout featuring 4,000 villas and townhouses, dispersed across eight securely gated neighborhoods.
Following the rapid sell-out of Masaar 2 in a record three hours, which underscored the immense demand for Arada's forest-themed living spaces, the launch of Masaar 3 is eagerly anticipated to occur in September. This response highlighted the project as one of the fastest-selling in the UAE, showcasing the enduring appeal of the Masaar brand among end-users.

The project, valued at AED12.5 billion, will unfold in eight distinct phases on a 21 million square foot site, featuring residences ranging from two to five bedrooms. With construction commencing in early 2026, the initial phase of homes is expected to be ready by 2027, indicating a well-planned development timeline.
Masaar 3's location in the Rowdat district of Sharjah places it strategically near Masaar 2 and a burgeoning educational district, enhancing its appeal for families. Its proximity to key locations like Tilal City, Sharjah Mosque, and major roads like Khorfakkan Road and Emirates Road, not to mention Sharjah International Airport just 15 minutes away and Dubai International Airport a 30-minute drive away, ensures exceptional connectivity.
The amenities offered at Masaar 3 are meticulously designed to enrich the living experience. At its heart lies a central lagoon pool, complemented by lush landscaped waterfalls, a gym, and a café, creating a vibrant communal hub. With a shared gross development value of AED16 billion, the series has delivered over 1,500 homes in its first phase, with the remaining set for completion by the end of 2026. The delivery of the first homes in Masaar 2 is scheduled for 2027, with full completion anticipated by the end of 2028.
