Arada Launches Elmhurst, At Wembley Park In London
Arada is set to introduce Elmhurst, the final phase of its Fulton & Fifth project in Wembley Park, London. This marks Arada's first UK venture since acquiring a 75% stake in Regal, now known as Arada London. The launch event will occur at the One&Only One Za'abeel in Dubai from November 21 to 23, 2025.
Elmhurst will feature a range of Manhattan studios and one- and two-bedroom homes. These residences will boast modern architectural designs, panoramic views, and access to top-tier amenities.

The development is situated alongside Wealdstone Brook and includes 876 homes surrounded by landscaped gardens. Facilities include a golf simulator, games room, concierge services, pool, yoga studio, gym, spa, rooftop gardens, and cinema.
Wembley Park is experiencing significant growth with over AED12 billion invested in regeneration efforts. House prices have surged by 163% over the past two decades.
In 2023 alone, rental growth reached 24%, nearly double London's average. The area offers excellent connectivity via the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines for quick access to Central London.
The neighbourhood provides residents with immediate access to Wembley's vibrant retail, dining, and cultural offerings. It has been recognised as one of London's Best Places to Live by the Sunday Times this year.

The first phase of Fulton & Fifth, named The Brookline, was completed earlier this year. It established the development as a desirable residential address in North West London. The second phase, Parkside, launched in 2024 with 250 Manhattan-style residences set for completion by year's end.
Fulton & Fifth earned the title of Best Mixed-Use Development in London at the UK Property Awards in 2023. It was also the best-selling project in London during last year's second quarter.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, stated: "Elmhurst offers both local residents and international buyers the chance to secure a stylish home in a neighbourhood with strong rental and capital growth fundamentals."
This launch follows Arada's announcement of a AED2.5 billion investment into the UK market made in September this year. With a current pipeline exceeding 10,000 homes globally, Arada London aims to expand this to 30,000 homes within three years.
