Almal Real Estate To Launch Luxury Hotel And Residences On Al Marjan Island

Dubai's Almal Real Estate Development, renowned for its ultra-luxury residential project Harrisoni La Mer, has unveiled its latest venture into the hospitality sector with a flagship project on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. This development is poised to become one of the leading attractions for tourism and investment in the region.

The luxury hotel and residence project is set to feature over 422 hotel rooms and fully managed residential units, offering unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf. The development will include a range of high-end amenities such as a vibrant beach club, several bars and restaurants, and infinity pools, all adjacent to the Wynn resort.

Palladium Hotel Group, a Spanish hotel operator with over fifty years of experience and more than 40 hotels across seven countries, has been chosen to manage this flagship development. The project will introduce two properties: The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and The Unexpected Al Marjan Residencies, under the Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels & Residences brand.

Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels & Residences, since its inception in Ibiza in 2011, has become synonymous with luxurious and unparalleled experiences, blending music, entertainment, avant-garde design, and world-class gastronomy. Almal Real Estate Development aims to replicate this successful concept in Al Marjan Island by the end of the 2024 season, marking a significant enhancement in the hospitality and entertainment offerings in the region.
