Downtown Dubai's ALBA Restaurant, recognised for its culinary excellence, has recently introduced an exhilarating new menu. This menu, crafted under the guidance of Group Executive Chef Vladimir Chistyakov, is a homage to Japanese cuisine, focusing on the intricate balance between fire, flavour, and finesse.

The restaurant's refreshed menu showcases an innovative array of maki rolls and an extensive grill section, maintaining ALBA's reputation for its dynamic atmosphere and immersive dining experience. Patrons can start their meal with a selection of meticulously prepared maki rolls, including Salmon Avo, Prawn Tempura, and the visually stunning Rainbow Roll. These starters are designed to highlight the freshness and texture, setting the stage for the culinary adventure that follows.

Wagyu Beef Takes Center Stage

The highlight of ALBA's new menu is its focus on wagyu beef, featuring dishes such as the Wagyu Roll and Wagyu Yakinuki. The Wagyu Roll combines aburi wagyu striploin with Mexican avocado, Oscietra caviar, and truffle elements, creating a luxurious taste experience.

Similarly, the Wagyu Yakinuki offers a comforting bowl of marinated striploin over Japanese rice, complemented by mushroom steak and spring onion. For those seeking indulgence, the Wagyu Katsu, a deep-fried A5 cutlet served with truffle mayo and steak sauce, is a must-try. The menu also includes grilled mains like the A5 Wagyu Ribeye and Fillet Mignon, expertly prepared over robata with exquisite accompaniments.

Expansive Mains and Seafood Selection

Expanding the menu's diversity, ALBA introduces hearty Donburi rice bowls and a selection of seafood dishes. The Beef Katsu Curry and Chicken Teriyaki Donburi offer rich and flavorful options, while the Mushroom Tofu Bowl caters to vegetarians. ALBA's dessert menu presents the traditional Japanese shaved ice dessert, Kakigori, in flavors like Tropical Breeze and Matcha Garden. The restaurant operates Monday to Friday from 4.00 PM to 1.00 AM and on weekends from 12.00 PM to 1.00 AM.
