ALBA Launches Exquisite Japanese Business Lunch Offering In Downtown Dubai

In the heart of Downtown Dubai, ALBA has unveiled its Bijensu Ranchi business lunch, a sophisticated offering designed for those seeking a modern dining experience during their mid-week routines. This dine-in option is ideal for everything from informal get-togethers to formal business discussions, served from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on weekdays.

For a set price of AED 105, patrons can indulge in an elaborate meal that begins with a comforting soup and a side dish. This is followed by an option to choose two starters and a main course from a menu that boasts a wide selection of flavoursome dishes.

Among the appetizers are Edamame, Korean Fried Chicken, and Agedashi Tofu, as well as salads that include Cucumber and Crab and Kale with Wafu Dressing. The menu also offers Chicken or Shrimp Gyoza and Tempura Moriawase, ensuring there's something for every taste. For those who prefer vegetarian options, the Tofu Steak and Green Salad are available.

The main course selections get enticing with dishes such as Tofu Don, Mushroom Noodles, and various stir-fry ramen options for vegetarians.
