Al Hamra Unveils AED 3 Billion Residential Projects: Al Hamra Greens And Aila Homes In Ras Al Khaimah
In a significant move to enhance the UAE's lifestyle and real estate landscape of Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra has unveiled two new residential projects, Al Hamra Greens and Aila Homes, with a total investment surpassing AED 3 billion.
The announcement was made during an event on July 5 at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, attracting over a thousand brokers and industry insiders. These developments underscore Al Hamra's evolution as a pivotal entity in the UAE's real estate domain, emphasising design-driven, superior living standards.

Al Hamra Greens, standing opposite RAK Central, introduces a wellness-oriented living space inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics, embodying the concept of "Reconnect with Living." This project, offering stunning vistas of the Al Hamra Championship Golf Course and Wynn Al Marjan Island, includes 1,754 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.
Each apartment features a private balcony to enhance indoor-outdoor living. With prices starting at AED 1.2 million, the community boasts amenities such as gardens, sports courts, and a gym. Remarkably, over 38% of the project was snapped up within the first 24 hours of its launch.
Adjacent to this, Aila Homes presents an array of 200 high-end three- and four-bedroom townhouses. These homes are designed with modern architecture and offer spacious living areas, private gardens, and easy access to communal amenities. The overwhelming demand for ready-to-move-in family homes in the emirate is evidenced by over 50% of Aila Homes being sold prior to the official announcement.
Benoy Kurien, Group CEO of Al Hamra, stated, "These launches respond directly to growing customer demand for meaningful, nature-rooted lifestyles and community living. They mark a key milestone in Al Hamra's growth journey and our commitment to delivering value-driven developments." This vision aligns with the broader objectives of Al Hamra to cater to the evolving needs of residents and investors alike.
The residents of these new communities will enjoy the benefits of the comprehensive Al Hamra ecosystem. This ecosystem includes a championship golf course, a 220-berth marina, and access to luxury hospitality offerings such as Waldorf Astoria, The Ritz-Carlton, Sofitel, and Al Hamra Village Hotel & Residences.
Looking to the future, Al Hamra is set to delve further into the ultra-luxury segment with the introduction of Waldorf Astoria Residences, Ras Al Khaimah, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Wadi Desert, and its inaugural Dubai project. This expansion highlights Al Hamra's ambition to reinforce its standing as a significant contributor to the UAE's real estate industry, offering diverse living solutions that cater to a range of preferences and requirements.
