Acube Developments Unveils Electra Tower In Dubai, Offering Over 50 Luxury Amenities

Acube Developments has officially unveiled Electra, a 38-floor residential tower poised to grace the skyline of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. This ambitious project, which is expected to break ground in the second quarter of 2024 and is slated for handover by the second quarter of 2027, promises to redefine luxury living with an array of over 50 distinctive amenities.

Electra draws its inspiration from the luminous blue-white star in the Taurus constellation, reflecting a blend of innovation and luxury. The tower will house 278 luxurious apartments, ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. The 37th and 38th floors cater to adults, housing a gym, yoga and aerobics rooms, cinema, sauna, steam rooms, and an 18-metre-long sky pool. These floors also provide spaces for picnics, barbeques, and pizza areas, perfect for entertaining guests.

Electra will also include commercial spaces for shops and services, adding to the convenience and luxury of living in this tower.
