Big Ticket Winners In Abu Dhabi: AED 25 Million Prize And Maserati Grecale

Abu Dhabi’s Series 281 Big Ticket live draw named two long-term customers as top winners, with Rajan P. V. securing the AED 25 million grand prize and Mohammed Rubel receiving a Maserati Grecale, underscoring the continued popularity of group participation among expatriate residents.

Rajan P. V., a 52-year-old QC supervisor from Kerala who has lived in Saudi Arabia with his family for 30 years, has been a loyal Big Ticket customer for 15 years, buying entries both individually and through a syndicate of 16 close friends.

Looking back on how it all started, he shared “I first heard about Big Ticket through my friends 15 years ago. I used to watch the live draws regularly and follow the stories of the winners in the news, and that inspired me to try my luck.”

The Maserati Grecale was awarded to 35-year-old Bangladeshi labourer Mohammed Rubel, who has lived in Abu Dhabi for 20 years. He has been purchasing Big Ticket entries for more than 13 years as part of a syndicate of 12 friends, after first learning about the draw through them.

Reflecting on the moment he discovered his win, he shared: “It was actually my older brother who saw my name online first. He had flown back home just two days earlier, so when he called, I wasn't expecting it at all. I didn't believe him initially, but when more calls started coming in, I realized it had to be true.”

The Series 281 results highlight substantial rewards for both cash and car categories, with shared participation central to both winning stories.

With 2025 drawing to a close, Big Ticket has announced that AED 30 million, its largest cash prize of the year, will be available in the live draw scheduled for 3 January 2026. On the same night, five consolation prize winners will each receive AED 50,000.

Throughout December, weekly e-draws will see five winners per week receive AED 100,000 each. The e-draws will be streamed live on the Big Ticket YouTube channel at 11 AM, maintaining regular engagement ahead of the January grand draw.

Customers purchasing two or more cash tickets in a single transaction between 1 and 24 December will automatically enter The Big Win Contest. Four selected participants will be invited to attend the 3 January live draw and are guaranteed cash prizes ranging from AED 50,000 to AED 150,000.

The names of the four participants in The Big Win Contest are scheduled to be announced on the Big Ticket website on 1 January, ahead of their attendance at the January live draw.

Big Ticket’s Dream Car Series will continue into the new year, with a premium BMW 430i draw set for 3 January 2026, followed by a BMW X5 draw on 3 February 2026, extending the line-up of high-value car prizes beyond the December and January cash promotions.
