Dar Global, an international luxury real estate developer, has announced the launch of The Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences at its Aida project in Oman. This $500 million development is part of one of the world's largest premium mixed-use real estate projects and includes a luxury hotel, hanging suites, furnished villas and apartments serviced by the hotel, an 18-hole Championship golf course, a members-only club, and the Cliff Hanging Night Club.
The Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences in Aida is set to open in December 2028. Developed in partnership with the Trump Organization and Omran Group, Aida is built on a hilltop over 100 metres high, offering stunning views of rocky canyons, endless beaches, and breathtaking panoramas.

Additionally, there is a training academy and members-only club with exclusive amenities for networking and social events. The Cliff Hanging Night Club is a groundbreaking first in the Middle East, providing an unparalleled setting for bespoke events and memorable celebrations. Other facilities include various F&B outlets, banqueting and meeting spaces, and a large SPA.
The 5-million-square-metre Aida project is located just 10 minutes from Downtown Muscat and is expected to complete Phase 1 in 2027.
