ZES And Electrip Enhance EV Charging Access Through Hubject Partnership
In a significant move towards enhancing the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure across Europe, ZES and electrip, joint ventures of Zorlu Enerji & WrenHouse established under Electrip Global Ltd, have joined forces with Hubject, the world's largest EV charging network provider. This collaboration, announced in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on April 5th, 2024, marks a pivotal step in expanding e-roaming solutions for EV drivers.
The partnership agreement, signed on March 21st by İ. Sinan Ak, CEO of Electrip Global Ltd, and Christian Hahn, CEO of Hubject, integrates around 4000 ZES charging stations in Turkey and electrip stations across several European countries including Italy, France, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, and Poland into Hubject's extensive charging network. This integration is set to provide EV drivers with a seamless charging experience across hundreds of e-mobility service providers throughout Europe.

İ. Sinan Ak expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the launch of ZES in 2018 to support EV owners in Turkey and the recent introduction of electrip in Europe. "As state-of-the-art brands, we are glad to sign this valuable partnership with Hubject. This collaboration will help us to make electric vehicles more accessible and usable throughout Turkey and European countries," Ak stated. He emphasized the partnership's role in reducing carbon emissions and expanding the e-mobility ecosystem as part of their commitment to environmental sustainability.
Christian Hahn shared similar sentiments, welcoming ZES and electrip into the inter-charge CPO network. "This partnership will help them to strengthen their infrastructure in the countries where they operate," Hahn remarked. He underscored the importance of making ZES and electrip charging stations easily accessible to thousands of EV drivers as a significant step towards encouraging the adoption of electric vehicles.
This strategic alliance between ZES, electrip, and Hubject not only promises to enhance the EV charging infrastructure but also supports the broader goal of promoting sustainable transportation solutions across Europe. By making electric vehicles more accessible and convenient to use, this partnership stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts required to advance the electric vehicle revolution.
