Wright Runstad & Company Appoints Michael J. Yoo As Principal And Chief Investment Officer
Wright Runstad & Company, a prominent real estate investment and development management firm in the Pacific Northwest, has announced the appointment of Michael J. Yoo as principal and chief investment officer. Yoo previously served as executive director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he oversaw investment activities in Seattle, including Rainier Square and Blocks 16 and 24 of the Spring District.
In his new role, Yoo will utilise his extensive experience in asset management and his strong relationships within the tenant, capital, brokerage, and institutional communities. His appointment is expected to significantly influence the company's future direction.
