Whisky Hammer Celebrates Milestone 100th Auction Featuring Over 5,000 Rare Lots

SINGAPORE - In a significant milestone for the whisky auction industry, Whisky Hammer, a specialist spirits auctioneer, is celebrating its 100th online auction by offering over 5,000 lots of rare and unique bottles. This event marks the largest auction in the company's history, featuring highly sought-after whiskies such as a 50 Year Old Macallan (Millennium Decanter) distilled in 1949, a 40 Year Old Brora distilled in 1972, and a 1976 Single Cask Ardbeg.

Adding to the celebration, Whisky Hammer has released a limited-edition 11-Year-Old blended Scotch whisky, bottled at 100 Proof (57.1% ABV). Only 100 bottles of this special edition are available, with each bottle individually numbered and starting bids at £30. This release underscores Whisky Hammer's commitment to offering exclusive opportunities to whisky enthusiasts.

Whisky Hammer's Largest Auction Yet

Whisky Hammer has rapidly become a preferred platform for both buyers and sellers of rare and collectible whisky globally. Notable past sales include a million-pound cask of Macallan whisky and a 55 Year Old Yamazaki which fetched £380,000. The company's success is attributed to its extensive selection and the trust it has built within the whisky community.

To express gratitude towards its customers for their support over the past eight years, Whisky Hammer is conducting a prize draw for successful bidders in the 100th auction. Participants stand a chance to win part of £10,000 worth of Still Spirit whisky vouchers. The top prize offers £5,000 worth of vouchers, with each auction win equating to one entry into the draw.

Daniel Milne, co-founder and managing director of Whisky Hammer and Still Spirit, shared his enthusiasm for the overwhelming response to the 100th auction. He highlighted the impressive collection of whiskies available for bidding and emphasized this event as an opportunity for new participants to engage with the auction platform.

Founded in 2016 by brothers Daniel and Craig Milne from Macduff near Speyside, Whisky Hammer has grown into a leading name in the whisky auction market. With monthly auctions that draw global participation, the company has sold over 155,000 lots valued at more than £60 million to enthusiasts in 88 countries.

The landmark 100th auction will conclude at 3pm (GMT) on Sunday, 24th March. Interested parties are encouraged to register for participation and explore further details on Whisky Hammer's offerings through their website.
