Notably, Maroulis served as Director - China Business Operation, Asset Management at Hang Lung Properties for four years, where he managed a portfolio of luxury shopping malls in mainland China. Additionally, his tenure as Managing Director for Montblanc China in Shanghai saw him taking charge of the brand's market operations in China.
