This new site, positioned conveniently near the I-95, is tailored to cater to the specific demands of the data center sector, focusing on repurposing and processing IT assets and data center equipment. The facility not only aims to prolong the life of technology assets but also seeks to prevent the disposal of valuable materials in landfills. Furthermore, it is set to generate over 100 well-paying jobs, contributing positively to the local economy.

Acquired by SK ecoplant in 2022, TES has become an integral part of the SK Group, South Korea's second-largest conglomerate. The opening ceremony saw participation from Rep. Abigail Spanberger, who performed the ribbon-cutting.
