Sinceri Senior Living Achieves Great Place To Work Certification For 2024

Great Place To Work Institute, in collaboration with its senior care partner Activated Insights, has awarded Sinceri Senior Living certification as a Great Place To Work for 2024. The certification process involved surveying 100% of employees across all Sinceri locations, with over 1,800 staff surveys considered. The survey evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ job experiences.

Key factors assessed included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and the feeling that their work has special meaning. According to the results, 89% of surveyed employees agreed that "their work has special meaning; this is not just a job." Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, regardless of their roles.
