Prior to joining Sesame Workshop, Hill held the position of Group Vice President, Head of People and Culture at Schmidt Futures, where she delivered impactful people and culture solutions to support organizational growth. Her career spans various industries including banking, beauty, public-supported television, healthcare, and nonprofits both domestically and internationally. Notably, Hill served at Planned Parenthood for seven years in significant HR roles and was a Chief HR Officer at ChildFund International. Her journey in social impact began as a Pfizer Global Health Fellow in Nairobi, Kenya, contributing to improved operational synergies within the Ministry of Health.

Hill's academic credentials include an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Journalism and Media. She is also a certified leadership coach. Residing in New York, Hill takes pride in being a grandmother to seven-year-old twins.
