Anita Ramachandran, another addition to the board, serves as the Executive Director of MicroMentor, an innovative global business mentoring platform under Mercy Corps. With over 25 years of experience spanning NGO and corporate management across different regions, Ramachandran has been instrumental in empowering under-resourced entrepreneurs and women small business owners globally. Her contributions have been recognized with several awards, including the Portland Business Journal’s Women of Influence Award in 2019.

Robert Johnson brings over 30 years of commercial banking and leadership experience to the board. As Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager II at First Interstate Bank, Johnson has excelled in developing key client relationships across various industries. His personal connection to Relay Resources through his brothers, who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and previously worked at Relay Resources, adds a unique perspective to his role on the board.
