In a significant move within the HVAC and building services sector, PremiStar has announced the rebranding of Mechanical Service of Iowa (MSI) under its banner, marking a new chapter for the Iowa-based contractor. This development follows the acquisition of MSI by PremiStar in August 2022, a step that has since propelled MSI to achieve record growth and maintain an exemplary service record.
