NTsuites To Open New Office And Salon Suites In Fort Worth Alliance Area
North Texas Salon & Office Suites (NTsuites) is set to open a new mixed-use facility in June 2024. This development will add 30,000 square feet of office and salon space near the Alliance Town Center. Conveniently located just off the Heritage Trace Parkway exit on Interstate 35, NTsuites is easily accessible from North Tarrant County.
Prices for the suites start at $520 per month, all-inclusive, and pre-leasing has already begun. "The facility will ultimately feature over 120 individual/private/safe office and salon suites providing small business owners with a cost-effective solution to set up shop in one of Tarrant County's fastest-growing regions," states Sandeep Sandhu, Director of Marketing.
Sandhu highlights that "the open layout and the common lounge/waiting area will foster a professional and relaxing environment and stimulate tenant interaction." NTsuites began about seven years ago as a commercial real estate company before transitioning to the Executive Suite/Salon Suite industry.
The company started in Southlake to meet the growing needs of the small business community. "At NTsuites, we hope to breed opportunities for small-scale storefronts, without the hassle of large upfront costs and long-term commitments. Third Development in Fort Worth
The Fort Worth location marks the third development by NTsuites since the local family-owned company set up its first development in Southlake. Many tenants at the Southlake and North Richland Hills locations include salon suite owners, healthcare workers, educators, lawyers, start-up tech companies, brokers, architects, and real estate businesses.
