Nobu Hospitality, a global lifestyle brand led by Robert De Niro, Nobu Matsuhisa, and Meir Teper, in collaboration with Aldar, a leading real estate developer, has recently made headlines with the sale of an exclusive penthouse at Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi for a record-breaking $37.3M. This sale highlights the brand's ongoing global expansion, with several properties under development in key regions around the world. The announcement comes as part of a broader strategy to increase Nobu's presence in the Middle East, Europe, and the US.

The luxurious three-bedroom penthouse that fetched this record price is located in Abu Dhabi and offers stunning views of Saadiyat Beach. It spans an entire floor and includes an expansive terrace, a private pool, a personal wellness retreat, and a fitness studio. Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi is set to feature a range of residential options including apartments, penthouses, lofts, and Sky Villas. Additionally, the development will house a 125 key Nobu Hotel, a Nobu restaurant, and a rooftop bar, with completion expected in Q2 2027.
