Nissan Formula E Team Celebrates Fourth Consecutive Podium In Season 10 At Misano

Oliver Rowland, representing the Nissan Formula E Team, continued his impressive performance streak by securing a second-place finish at the inaugural Misano E-Prix. This podium finish, following his successful outings in Diriyah, São Paulo, and Tokyo, propelled him into the championship lead. Starting from fifth place, Rowland showcased exceptional energy management and strategic racing to avoid any on-track incidents. His efforts paid off in the final laps where he made a significant breakaway, narrowly missing the top spot but clinching the Fastest Lap of the race. This result places him at the forefront of the Drivers' Championship with a total of 73 points, leading by five points.

Teammate Sacha Fenestraz also delivered a commendable performance amidst the midfield battle, consistently maintaining a position within the top-10 throughout the race. His efforts were rewarded with a 10th place finish, earning him a valuable point for the team. The Nissan Formula E Team is now poised to continue their strong showing in the upcoming second race of the double-header event.

Nissan entered the ABB FIA Formula E Championship in its fifth season (2018/19) and has committed to participating through to the end of Season 12 (2025/26), marking its dedication to sustainable mobility and carbon neutrality by 2050.
