Moldova is on its way to becoming a fully "digital state," with initiatives like the Moldova Innovation Technology Park offering enticing tax incentives to entrepreneurs.

Olga Melniciuc, Executive Director at Startup Moldova, expressed optimism about the country's potential as a hub for startups.
