Pioneer Scale Company, established in 1976 by Ronnie and Jeanie Crews, has been a family-owned business known for its customer service. Starting from their kitchen table, the Crews family grew the business to include four service locations, with headquarters in Benton, AR. Their sons, Keith and Brien, joined the company in the late 1980s, furthering its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
