London Concours 2024 To Host First-Ever Major McLaren Supercar Showcase

The London Concours, a distinguished annual automotive event, is set to present an extraordinary showcase featuring a fleet of 50 McLaren supercars for the first time ever. Scheduled from 4-6 June at the Honourable Artillery Company, this exhibition will span across McLaren's illustrious history, displaying models ranging from the iconic McLaren F1 to the advanced 750S. This marks a significant moment for both McLaren, a brand synonymous with innovation and design excellence since its inception in 1963 by Bruce McLaren, and the London Concours event itself.

McLaren's journey began with its foundation and later merged with the Project 4 Racing Team in 1984, marking the introduction of carbon fibre composite technology into racing. This innovation propelled McLaren to dominate Formula 1 from 1984 to 1991, securing seven world driver's championships. The launch of the legendary McLaren F1 in 1992, which became the fastest road-legal car of its time, underscored McLaren's pioneering spirit. Transitioning its focus towards road cars in 2010 with the establishment of McLaren Automotive, the company has since expanded its portfolio to include models like the hybrid-powered McLaren P1.
