Mahindra Lifespaces Expands In Bengaluru With 9.4-Acre Whitefield Land Purchase
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development branch of the Mahindra Group, has recently announced a significant land acquisition in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The company has acquired 9.4 acres of land with an estimated development potential of approximately 1.2 million square feet of Floor Space Index (FSI) potential. This acquisition is set to have a Gross Development Value of ₹1700 Crore, focusing primarily on mid-premium residential apartments.
Amit Kumar Sinha, Managing Director & CEO of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., expressed enthusiasm about the expansion in Bengaluru, highlighting the city as a key market for the company. Sinha emphasized the company's commitment to delivering high-quality projects that meet the dynamic needs of Bengaluru's homebuyers. The strategic location of the site in Whitefield positions it near tech parks, commercial spaces, and a well-developed social infrastructure that includes educational institutes, healthcare facilities, and retail options. Proximity to the Whitefield Hope Farm Metro station further enhances its connectivity to central and south Bengaluru.

Mahindra Lifespaces plans to launch the first phase of this project within the next twelve months, aiming to deepen its presence in India's urban centers.
