Kolter Homes, a prominent developer of master-planned communities in the Southeast, recently marked the commencement of Mosaic’s new community pool. This resident-only facility is part of the larger clubhouse and amenity centre currently under construction. The clubhouse will feature a resort-style pool, sundeck, social spaces, a fitness centre, and pickleball courts.
