Julie Rieken Named Chief Executive Officer Of Strive, Leading HR Solutions Provider

Strive, a prominent provider of benefits navigation and employee experience solutions, has announced the appointment of Julie Rieken as its new Chief Executive Officer. Rieken joins Strive after a successful period at Trakstar, an HR SaaS platform specialising in employee lifecycle management. Her extensive experience in the HR technology sector positions her well for this role.

During her tenure at Trakstar, Rieken played a pivotal role in scaling the business both organically and through acquisitions, achieving a remarkable 12.5x revenue growth. She left Trakstar in June 2023 following its acquisition by Mitratech, a leader in enterprise legal, HR, risk, and compliance markets. At Trakstar, she transformed the business model to offer a connected suite of HR products, including applicant tracking, performance management, and content delivery.

Before joining Trakstar in 2011, Rieken spent a decade at Apple as a Sales Account Executive. Since 2020, she has also served as the Director of Strategy on the Mile High SHRM Board of Directors, maintaining close ties with the HR community.
